Where and how do I watch the show?

You will view the live stream event on the same page that livestream access tickets are available for purchase - JungleShow.tv

On this page you will log in using the same account that you used when purchasing your live stream ticket.

Is this a recurring charge?

No, this is a one-time purchase only. Some banks incorrectly report it as a recurring charge. Your charge will be coming from our partner TourGigs LLC on your statement.

Can I buy tickets for a friend?

How does this work? When you order a Stream Access Gift Ticket from the SITE e you will receive a voucher code via email, which you can share with your friend or family member. This voucher code can be redeemed here and provides access to the Livestream event on December 31st, 2020. or for access to watch On-Demand until 11:59 PM PST on January 2nd, 2021.

When does the show start?

The show will begin at 8:00PM (20:00) PST/EST/GMT/AEST on December 31, 2020. Virtual Doors, however, will open 30 minutes prior. Please log on at least 15 minutes before the start time to make sure your video, audio and internet connection is working for the show.

Can I watch the stream on-demand after it premieres? For how long?

Yes! All fans who purchase a virtual ticket before 8:00PM (20:00) PST/EST/GMT/AEST on December 31, 2020 will have until 11:59pm on January 2nd, 2021 to watch (either live at the time of premiere or on-demand afterwards). If a purchase is made anytime after the stream premieres, you will still have until 11:59pm on January 2nd, 2021 to watch the recording as many times as you would like.

When will I get my poster and/or bandana?

Merchandise sales are pre-orders and will be shipped 7-10 days after the show commences. Fans will get an email notification when their order ships.

Where do I enter my shipping info?

You can double-check we have your correct shipping information in the “My Details” section of your account. To access, please login to the show page and click on the red and white Bolt account icon in the lower right-hand corner of the page and then click “My Details”. The shipping form will come up.

Step-By-Step Purchase Instructions

There are two steps necessary to purchase livestream access bundles. A) Signing up for an account on JungleShow.tv and B) Checkout.

Sign Up

Navigate to JungleShow.tv

Click on any of the 'Order Now' buttons

Select the 'SIGN UP' tab on the pop-up

Enter your email address and fill in all required fields. Please note that if you are ordering a poster and/or bandana, this information will provide us with your shipping address.

Agree to terms and click on the 'REGISTER' button

You are now registered for an account on JungleShow.tv

You can continue directly to the checkout step at this point

Checkout

If you have a voucher or promo code you can add it by clicking on where it says '+ add voucher'

Enter your credit card information (if applicable)

Click Pay to submit your purchase

Upon submission of payment you will get a 'Success' message

You can click anywhere on screen to continue

You are all done! You should receive a confirmation email for both your registration and purchase. Make sure you keep the username and password that you used to sign up since you will need to log back in to watch the livestream.

Please note that your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from our livestream partner, Tourgigs LLC.

Can I Cast to or Watch on my Apple TV, Chromecast, Smart TV or ROKU?

Yes. Apple Airplay/AppleTV and Chromecast are supported natively in the TourGigs platform player.

We recommend using Puffin TV or TV Cast apps to cast to Roku, Smart TV's and Firestick. We do not have a native app, however, for these platforms

In regards to watching the event on a Smart TV, this will depend on the model of Smart TV you have. To stream an event you would use your TV's browser to visit the webpage and watch the stream just like on your PC or tablet.

As an alternative to your TV's default browser, you can also try the Puffin TV browser app, which might work in cases where your TV's default browser does not. Note that you will need to have a TV that supports the installation of new apps to install Puffin TV. However, please note that although certain models will allow the streaming without any issues, others might not.

This is why we normally suggest watching the event on another device, which in turn you can connect to your SmartTV via either Mirror Cast, Screen Sharing, HDMI or any other wireless or wired connection method that your devices support.

The Checkout says my credit card is not valid.

Looks like you are trying to use an unsupported card. Discover, Diners, and a few others are not accepted.

How do I see the status of my livestream order or change my account information?

For Live Stream Access Ticket orders made on JungleShow.tv:

Log into your account on SHOW PAGE: account by clicking on the ‘HAVE A TICKET? LOGIN HERE!’ button under the bundle options.

In the bottom-right corner of the screen, you will see a red circle that is your account icon. Click it.

Click on Purchases to see your order

If you would like to update your information, this can be done by clicking on My Details

Please note: If you would like to change the email address associated with your stream access purchase, you will have to create a new account and email support.tourgigs.com to have the stream access transferred to this new account.

Gift Ticket or Voucher Redemption Instructions

A LOGIN/SIGN UP window will pop-up. Select the 'SIGN UP' tab next to where it says ‘LOGIN’

Enter your email address and fill in all required fields.

Note: This information will provide us with your billing and shipping address (if applicable). Due to the way this platform works, you are required to input an address.

Agree to terms and click on the 'REGISTER' button

Congratulations! You are now registered for an account on JungleShow.tv! Make sure you save this login because you will need it to access the livestream event here on JungleShow.tv on December 31, 2020 at 8:00PM (20:00) PST/EST/GMT/AEST or during the VOD period. You can continue directly to the checkout step at this point.

1.2 Checkout with a Voucher Code

Enter your voucher or promo code by clicking on where it says '+ add voucher'.

With a valid code entered, the payment field will automatically disappear and you will get a “SUCCESS” message.

You can click the ‘ACCESS CONTENT’ button or anywhere on screen to continue.

1.3 Checkout with a Credit Card

Enter your credit card information (if applicable).

Click Pay to submit your purchase.

Upon submission of payment you will get a 'Success' message. If you paid with a credit card you will receive a payment confirmation via email.

You are all done! Make sure you keep the username and password that you used to sign up on JungleShow.tv since you will need to log back in to watch the live stream event on December 31st or during the VOD access window.
